Terms & Conditions

Please take your time to read the Terms and Conditions before submitting your booking fee.  These apply to all Gemma Sutton wedding bookings.

Booking Process
Bookings can be made by phone or email.  To secure the booking, clients must pay a deposit of £50 plus a booking fee of £30. The deposit will be deducted from your final payment on your wedding day.  Travel costs are dependent on your location, although we will always try to identify a member of the pro team closest to your area.

Please note that the booking is not confirmed until the deposit is paid in full and we have confirmed receipt in writing.

Payment


The deposit is payable to Gemma Sutton by cheque or BACs. Pre-wedding trial cost is payable to Gemma Sutton or a member of the Pro-Team on the day of the trial – by cash or cheque only.  The remaining balance is payable to Gemma Sutton or a member of the Pro-Team on your wedding day  – by cash or cheque.

Please note any bounced cheques will incur an additional admin charge of £30.

Cancellation fees
If for some reason you cancel your wedding booking, your cancellation must be confirmed by email or telephone, as soon as possilable.
We will retain your deposit fee of £50 and booking fee of £30.  Gemma and her Pro-Team will stay with you at the trial until your 100% on your look and style. If for any reason you are not happy at your trial, no fee will be charged. This will have to be decided at the trial with Gemma or your chosen artist.
